As a QA Automation Engineer at Kickbase, your role is central to ensuring the seamless functionality and user experience of our products. You’ll be collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team, focusing on automating and streamlining our testing processes.
You develop and maintain our automation frameworks to ensure scalable and reliable test coverage
You execute structured manual testing and exploratory testing to validate new features, edge cases, and user flows
You ensure software quality from requirement clarification to production release
You partner with developers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve software issues
You improve testing strategies, balancing automation efficiency with smart manual validation
You perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or efficient
You integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
You identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements
You monitor product quality metrics and proactively address risks
You contribute to refining acceptance criteria and test scenarios early in the development lifecycle
You have at least 3 years of experience in QA (automation + manual testing)
You have a strong understanding of Java or C#, with experience using Appium and Selenium
You are experienced in manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory testing) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are a proactive, ownership-driven person with an eye toward quality
Based in Osijek
You are located in Osijek or close by
