RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-lead our brand design department and the brand design implementation
- Evolve our design system to maximize our impact
- Conceptualize, develop and execute designs for a broad range of assets
- Implement brand consistency across all deliverables
- Own the creative process, taking briefs from idea to implementation
- Forecast the scope of work, timeline, and staff hours to deliver a project
- Take an active role on shaping the culture in the brand design team
- Serve as a mentor to more junior designers by assisting with research and feedback
- Actively communicate to Creative Director, design team and other departments
EXPERIENCE
- BA Communication Design (or similar)
- 4-6 years of working experience in brand design
- Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts
- Demonstrable portfolio with state-of-the-art work examples
MUST HAVES
- Knowledge of brand design systems, brand identity and typographic systems
- Great experience in Adobe CC programs and Figma
- Comfortable with working under tight deadlines
- Team player with good empathy and a high level of collaboration
- Great communication skills and fluent in either German or English
NICE 2 HAVES
- An interest in football
- Working experience within the sports sector
- Knowledge about material design, human interface guidelines and basic animation
- Good presentation skills
- Experience working with Asana and Notion
